Primary Requirements/Responsibilities/Professional Skills:
- Proven success is a must. This is not an employment position, this is an equity partnership opportunity.
- As a partner you will help in shaping the future plans of IIM and reaping the first rewards
- As the VP of business development you will assist the president in executing all aspects of IIM operation with a focus on US and International market development
- This position requires strong cross-functional knowledge and specific understanding of education, consulting and project management disciplines.
- MBA or equivalent is required, experience with a Big 5 or Global Fortune 1000 is preferred
- Can demonstrate strong value added to building The Institute's future and help us go public.
- Has a strong professional network with corporate clients, media and investors.
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer facing skills.

- This position is a contract position with full-time employment and business equity opportunity (shares). You will be considered a 1099 (self-employed) until you have met performance objectives
