Training Events Registration and Cancellation Policy.
When registering for a training event, clients and visitors agrees to the following:

The International Institute of Management, LLC. D.B.A Executive Education Institute (the Institute or We) is an executive education and training Institute offering action-learning workshops for managers and professionals. The Institute does not offer courses to students seeking initial employment or postsecondary education. By registering for an event (workshop, course, seminar, training, consultation or coaching sessions, or a conference), you (Client or Visitor) agree with the event goals and delivery methods set forth in that particular event. You also agree to the terms and conditions of this contract. | |
Conduct: | Maintain a professional and courteous
behavior during events (seminars, workshop, conferences, and
meetings). The following conduct is also strictly prohibited: Using the information obtained at the Institute 's events to compete with the Institute . Using video or audio recording devices at the Institute events. Posting any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise causes distress to any individual or organization or entity that you come in contact at the Institute events. You agree to indemnify the Institute and its employees and contractors from any legal liabilities resulting from the misuse of any of its resources or facilities, including damages, and penalties resulting from such violations. |

The Institute Rights: | The Institute
reserves
the rights to accept or reject any application or rescheduling
requests from any client, subject to the discretion and availability of the Institute 's
resources. |

Course Fees, Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refunds: | When you
register for a training event, we remove the seat from public offering, if you
cancel or reschedule the booking too close to the start-date of the course,
it may be hard to replace the seat and the allocated resources, which may result in a
financial loss to the Institute . Please make sure that your plans are
finalized before you submit your registration. If you are an international
client, please first consult with the consulate in your country to make sure
you give yourself enough time for visa processing. The institute will issue
a course registration letter, however, it is your responsibility to manage
your own visa application process and documents, including employer letter, proof of
payment, travel and accommodation documentation. Course fees include application processing, course material use, advisor support, project assessment feedback, certificate printing and other related administration, banking, and service fees. Workshops & In-Classroom Courses: Rescheduling:

Course Assessment Fees: | Participants may choose to have an
optional project assessment by the course advisor. The first assessment
and feedback is free.
If participants are not satisfied with their performance, they may have additional attempts to re-submit their project papers. An evaluation fee of $950 will be charged for each re-submission. | |
Limitation of Damages | The Institute shall not be
liable for losses or damages resulting from uncontrollable events,
including but not limited to earthquakes, hurricanes,
fires, pandemics, government shutdowns, labor union strikes and other natural or man-made disaster.
All claims by the client arising out of or relating to this contract shall not exceed the cost of the products or services sold to the client. |

License and Copyright: | All the
materials presented to you contain the intellectual property of the Institute, instructors, and/or listed
authors. The content of the materials is intended solely for distribution to
individuals enrolled in the training events. Unauthorized use or
distribution of content without express permission is strictly
prohibited. All Rights Reserved. |

Dispute Resolution | All disputes or claims arising out of
or relating to this contract shall be submitted to binding
arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the American
Arbitration Association (Las Vegas, NV Branch) then in effect. The judgment of the
arbitrator is binding to each of the parties and final. Each party
will pay their own legal expenses. |

Choice of Law | This agreement
shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada.
If any provision of this contract is held unenforceable, then such
provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention. All
remaining provisions of this contract shall remain in full force and
effect. |
